A birth chart and a personal story deserve care. This launch notice explains the information Natalis uses and the boundaries around it.
What we use
To create your chart and artwork, we use the birth details and creative choices you submit. Optional identity, pronoun, expression, gift, and personal-context answers are used only in the part of the experience you select. We also process contact, checkout, delivery, support, security, and basic product-usage information needed to operate the store.
How the artwork is made
Natalis calculates chart facts separately from generative tools. Approved models hosted in Microsoft Azure receive limited, pseudonymous creative inputs rather than your account or delivery identity. Your private concepts are stored in protected storage and shown through controlled project access, not public gallery URLs.
Advertising and analytics
We use ordinary storefront events—such as a page view, product choice, or completed purchase—to understand the launch. We do not send birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, pronouns, personal answers, full-chart details, or private artwork links to advertising platforms. Natalis is marketed to adults.
Service partners
We use service providers for Azure hosting and AI, payment processing, email, place lookup, printing, delivery, and essential diagnostics. Each receives only the information needed for its task. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Natalis.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your project, subject to records we must retain for an order, payment, dispute, fraud prevention, or another legal obligation. You can also ask a privacy question before beginning a composition.
